Connect a local calendar

Your own devices can connect to this running Mac server with its private access key. Relatives should use independent accounts.

Calendar access key

Keep this key private. For your other browser on this Mac, open Dear Folk, enter the same key here, then Connect calendar.

Calendar copies

Share a fixed copy of selected personal dates. The recipient previews what to import; later changes are not added automatically.

Private backup

Your backup includes contacts, contact photos, groups, occasions and greeting text. Pictures attached to greetings are not included; download those separately if you want to keep them. Keep the backup private.

Restore your backup

Restore replaces this account’s calendar. Download a current backup first. Sign-in credentials are not changed.

Your relationships

Add the names you use for your people, and remove options you don’t need. Removing an option keeps existing occasions unchanged.
